Removal of iron with hydropress airing

It works also good nowdays to clean the water with only an hydropress (watertank with a rubber bubble). One passes in other words the exchange to an large expansive watertank. Funktion: You principal takes the cleaning place in the same way as the watertankcase above. with the exception that the lowering of the carbonic acid occurs mainly in the airmixer without furter air going to the hydropress. The hydropress must be 25 liter. A drain for rinsewater and airing is necessary.

 

Complete automatic iron filtration

This filter cleans itself completely automatic. The cleaning is steered by an electical clock and is set to take place during the night. The filter requires an 220V grounded outlet and a drain, for example a floordrain. The automatic works with 24V and a transformer is included. For easy installation and handling are valvesets and flexible hoses also included.

This system disposes iron, mangan, colour, smell, eliminates the aggressive carbonic acid and increases the pH - level. With our air and circulationsystem will you receive an outstanding result, even when organic materials in the water are present. The duration of the filtermaterial extends and the systempapacity increases up to 50%. Hydrogen sulphide gases (smell like rotten eggs) will be eliminated completely.

Function: Each pumpstart forces appr. 3 liter of air inte the watertank. The diffuser on top of the tank mixes the air with iron and mangan, which then oxidizes. This oxide is easy separated in the filter. If the water is aggressive (sour, low pH - level) takes the filter the sufficient amount of material to eliminate the sour attributes. The airinjector empties itself when the pump stops, the water runs through a hose inte the drain and fresh air flows back inte the injector. This fresh air is used by the next pumpstart. A drain for rinsewater and airing is necessary.
