In 1982 Mick choosed between going on tour with Bob Seeger or doing the same with old Rolling Thunder friend T-Bone Burnett. He choosed T-Bone.
They were support act for  The Who on their US-tour. This album was recorded the following year and featured Mick alongside Pete Townsend on lead Guitar.
