Efficient Planning and Management

	High quality
	Not any of the project members shall have the courage to call himself a beginner in powder after the project.
	The average daily powder escalation shall not be less than 4000m.
	Every member of the project shall have an average consumption of no less than 3 BM a day.

Each project member shall at the most have three silent nights during the travel.
