My background includes 3½ years as a project manager and usability specialist on major interactive web projects in Stockholm, Sweden. I have recently relocated to San Diego, U.S, and am currently working as a procurement and usability consultant for the Knowledge Foundation in Sweden. Briefly, I have gained expertise in:

• Planning, leading, and coordinating all usability engineering lifecycle activities in large high-visibility and high-impact projects. As the manager of large web projects, I have utilized practical experience together with academic knowledge of organization and organizational change.



• Guiding independent project teams in choice and execution of usability strategy and methods, while considering set business goals and project schedule.



• Actively working with end-user involvement in product development to define the user experience of web applications, specifying the flow of tasks, and defining how the system interacts with users.
