 = 6th level). However, this rule doesn't seem to apply to some clubs youthteams. Hammarby TFF
above is a team whose only purpose (according to their website) is to forward players into 
Hammarby IF in Allsvenskan (2010 in Superettan). Isn't that a reserveteam then? This also 
applies to Örebro SK Ungdom and Assyriska FF U (see division 3). Why have a rule if it is 
not meant to be followed? The Swedish federation answered in saying that it is a legitimate 
procedure voted through in due democratic process. But that's not really the point, is it? 
Apparently can rulebreaking be accepted in Swedish football if it is voted through in due 
democratic process...Why not just change the rule, guys?
