1975: The game Toronto Serbian White Eagles - Monterrey was abandoned in the 67th minute with the score 1-1 due to fighting. The result was allowed to stand.
1975: Universidad Católica of the Dominican Republic disqualified because their national federation had debts to FIFA.
1975: The game Santos - Transvaal either ended 1-0 or 0-1. I have used the former.
1976: The game New York Inter-Giuliana - Toronto Italia either ended 1-2 or 2-1. I have used the former.
1976: The game Real Espana - Olimpia either ended 0-1 or 1-0. I have used the former.
1976: The game Léon - Águila was abandoned by the former with the score 2-1 because of fighting. The result was set to 0-2 against Léon as a result.
1976: The tie Águila - Robin Hood was played over one leg, that ended 5-1, according to the Concacaf federation and that's the result I have used. However, other sources have 6-1 in the first leg and 2-1 in the 2nd to Águila, while others still state Robin Hood after loosing the first leg 1-5 or 1-6 and had the other leg set to 0-2 against them.

1999: Walter Ferretti withdrew after having reached the following record:3 2 0 1 3-9 3. Their record was declared null and void and the season is not counted for them.
2000: The game Sagitún - Árage Unido was halted in the 89th minute after unrest among the Sagitún players. The result at the time, 2-2, was allowed to stand.
2000: Joe Public used ineligible players in the first of the Caribbean qualifying rounds but as noone protested within 24 hours the results they had achieved were allowed to stand.
2001: The tournament was abandoned and the teams qualified at that point transferred to the 2002 tournament. 2001 is counted here though as it in fact was a qualifying tournament for an official tournament (i.e. the 2002 tournament). The 2001 and 2002 tournaments are counted as one season here.
