Zirka, Kirovohrad had three points deducted during the 2003/04-season for not paying wages to one of their players. Chornomorets Odesa deducted six points for failing to settle contractual obligations with Bosnian player George Indjic (March 3rd, 2009). Tavriya, Symferopol deducted three points for failing to settle contractual obligations during the 2012/13-season. Arsenal, Kyiv withdrew during the 2013/14-season and had all their games stricken.NAME CHANGES
