Activities – Trips


In the forest behind the farm you can gather mushrooms and berries.

There are five lakes of our own with boats if you want to fish.The big pike and the perches bit there. The record hold by guests are 8 kg in regard to pike and 1,1 kg to perches.
Perhaps we can agree on guidance.
If you are scared of getting lost you can try geocaching with GPS which tells you where you are.
Or there are two marked routs in the forest.

Or you are perhaps more interested in shooting at clay pigeon or pyrsch hunting? Normally we shoot 10 deer and 2 elks every year..


Particularly for children there are many other things to do in the forest.
You can track wild animals, search for beautiful stones of slate or quartz, grill sausages or bread over an open fire, and before Christmas you can assist in hewing a Christmas tree.


For everyone, but perhaps most for children, it can be interesting to keep company with the animals of the farm. You can feed them or you can take part in a cow safari with LandRover, when our kind cows replace the wild animals in Africa.
Perhaps you can't catch sight o the beaver in the stream, but you can look at the beaver hut.


You can also ride a motor-cycle with four wheels...


...or a snow scooter or perhaps tow behind it.
Maybe we can arrange an adventure excursion for children. What that means you have to see.


Perhaps the children also want to build waterwheels in the stream or waterfall - but of course not in winter.


But during the winter you can skate on a pond with illumination in the evening.
In this area there are also other interesting destinations of excursions..
If you don't have a car you can borrow bicycles.



We can recommend Dalslandsaktiviteter.
That is Western Sweden's biggest activity center with among other things riding, gold-digging and adventure track (ca 20 km). There is also a fold for elks (mooses),
In Bengtsfors you can go with trolley
and if you want to swim there is a municipal bathing place at Marsjön (ca 4 km).
Near that place there is a shallow sandy beach suitable for children.
Not so distant is Vänern with its chance of swimming and fishing.
In winter you can go skiing at Tisselskogs ski center (ca 30 km) or on a ski-track with electric lighting in Bäckefors.
