In the dismissal for an order for protection, signed
by Judge Catherine Anderson January 25, 1996, you can read the following.

No evidence has been presented by petitioner or at the evidentiary
hearing that would constitute physical harm, bodily injury, assault or
the infliction of fear of imminent physical harm or criminal sexual conduct
as set forth in Minnesota Statute section 518B.01. The Petition for an
order for protection filed November 20, 1995 is hereby dismissed with prejudice.

In the order for temporary relief, signed by Referee
Patrick Meade and Judge Howard February 28 1996, you can read the following.

In her moving papers filed to support of her motion for temporary
relief, Petitioner repeats the same allegations as were contained in the
Petition for an Order for Protection. This court specially finds that those
allegations have been ruled upon by Judge Anderson, and this court will
not, on the basis of affidavits, reconsider the issues presented to Judge
Anderson.

In the order granting temporary custody to petitioner,
signed by Referee Patrick Meade and Judge Howard June 4 1996, you can read
the following.

Because respondent is now living in Sweden, the court finds
that his right of reasonable visitation should include an extended visitation
of six weeks with the children during the summer. This six weeks should
be taken between June 15 and August 15. Respondent shall notify Petitioner
as soon as possible as to the dates he wishes the children to be with him.
Transportation costs for the children may be taken from marital savings
and then accounted for in the final property distribution. The issue of
future visitation may be addressed to the judicial officer assigned to
the hearing on permanent custody of the children.
That I did not have any passports and that my ex-wife refuse
to co-operate is not a their problem. I can not understand how they can
grant liberal visitation in Sweden and at the same time deny me the right
to have the children's passports updated. Swedish law does not permit the
application or issue of passports without the signature and presence of
both parents and the child to prevent child abductions.
