Case No. 44849/98
Axel Johansson vs Sweden
Dear Sir/Madam
I have now received the rejection of my petition for review from the Swedish Highest Court (Högsta Domstolen). I have earlier submitted a copy of my petition in this case to you on September 3, 1998.
As you can see they do not find anything in my petition that would show that my human or civil rights have been violated, either according to Swedish laws or International conventions.
I quote: " Axel Johansson has not showed any circumstance that can give reason for review in this case. The Highest Court therefor reject the petition for review."
It is my opinion that the Swedish Justice system ignores a person acting "Pro Se". They reject my "reasons" without any explanation why our law is not applicable. They did the same in their previous rejection and the original hearing. The simple fact that I was given 6 days notice to appear for trial in USA is worth a better answer than above. I can not accept this kind of ignorance against my person and fatherhood.
In their original order they refer to the Hague Convention. In our administration we have an office that is supposed to deal with these issues, Försäkringskassans Utlandskontor. Regardless of this fact, I am refused that they handle my case. Instead the court find it appropriate that my ex-wife continue accumulate arrears in USA that will render me several years in prison if I try to visit my children.
So, I have lost my children, my future, my house, my household and my car. I am treated like a wife- and child abuser by the justice systems in both Sweden and USA. This letter will probably be my last official statement so I thank you for your time. It took me 3 years to understand the difference between fairness and justice. Justice is blind.
Respectfully yours,
Eslöv 16 December 1998
Axel Johansson
