Model 90 T is media driven by means of a fixed installed turbine with an integrated programmable drive unit.

The single nozzle concept gives a very solid and powerful jet, with an optimized cleaning result on all tank surfaces, meeting the requirements of IMO for crude oil washing, as well as the demand for cleaning of product carriers.

The nozzle performs a slow spiral motion, i.e. it moves both horizontally and vertically, giving a helical pattern. This pattern can be adjusted according to the cleaning requirements from intense washing to rapid rinse by using the programming facility on top of the machine.

DESIGN SERVICE
Our project department is ready to assist shipowners and shipyards with an optimal design study including shadow diagrams prior to installation.

Following drawing material is required:
General arrangement, midship section oiltight bulkheads, longitudial sections, horizontal stringers, steel structure in non-typical tanks, pumping arrangements and piping arrangement.

Any desired starting position of the nozzle will be reached in just a few seconds, and the design allows for a manual overdrive at any time during the tank cleaning operation.

The machine has very few moving parts requiring a minimum of service and is maintenance free below deck.

Up to now we have produced and delivered more than 6000 tank cleaning units.
