is a tankcleaning machine specially developed for:
Scanjet SC 50 or 75 A
The machine is airdriven by means of a portable drive unit which can be delivered as standard or for prewash
Full versatility is provided by free selection of single nozzle or twin nozzle type of system and multistage nozzle levels give a tailor-made installation for each specific vessel.
The nozzle(s) directing the cleaning media perform a horizontal spiral motions giving a single or crossing helical pattern with a perfect cleaning result even in areas below horizontal stringers, longitudials, corrugated bulkheads etc.

DESIGN SERVICE
Our project department is ready to assist shipowners and shipyards with an optimal design study including shadow diagrams prior to installation.
Following drawing material is required:
General arrangement, midship section oiltight bulkheads, longitudial sections, horizontal stringers, steel structure in non-typical tanks, pumping arrangements and piping arrangement.
Portable Airdriven units
SCANJET MODELS SC100/SC100 PW
is our standard fully programmable lightweight drive unit controlling the cleaning pattern of the fixed installed tankcleaning machine. The vertical movement can be manually operated if desired.
SCANJET MODEL SC 100/SC 100 PW
can, by means of a mechanical interface, be adjusted to fit with most makes of airdriven tankcleaning machines on the market.

SINGLE OR MULTISTAGE CLEANING LEVELS One single nozzle cannot allways give an acceptable cleaning result. Corrugated bulkheads,longitudinals or horizontal stringers can shadow areas and should also be cleaned underneath. Each cleaning machine can therefore be individually designed to optimize the cleaning result. |
